How long does it take to cure in sunlight?The stronger the sunlight the quicker the cure. Generally, in normal sunshine, material will cure in 30 minutes to one hour. Curing can also take place in cloudy conditions, as UV is always present in the atmosphere.
How long does it take to cure under UV lighting?Again the stronger the UV light, the quicker the cure. Material will cure anywhere between 10 and 30 minutes depending on the power of the UV light.
Will it stick to any surface?We are company that offers design and build
TILING AND PAINTINGPeelNPatch™will bond powerfully to most clean and dry surfaces. However it is not recommended to use the PeelNPatch™ on Polypropylene or bituminous surfaces.
Can the patch be cut to any one size?PeelNPatch™ can be cut to any size or shape either using scissors or a knife.
Can the patch be returned back to original pouch?Yes. It is recommended any balance material be replaced in the original packaging for storage purposes.
What is the shelf life of an opened pouch?As long as care has been taken to protect uncured material when the pouch has been opened, normal shelf life can be achieved when replacing unused material back in the pouch.

Can the patch be drilled and sanded?Yes. Cured material can be sanded, drilled and painted after removing the top clear film.
Can the patch be used on wet surfaces?It is not recommended to use the patch on wet surfaces.
Is preparation of surface required?Surfaces only need to be clean, dry and free from any loose contaminants.
What is the temperature range after curing?Fully cured material can withstand temperatures ranging from minus 30° F up to 356° F.
What sizes are patches available in?Standard sizes are 3” x 6”, 6” x 9” and 9” x 12”.
Can multiple layers be applied?Yes. Multiple layers can be applied however, we would not recommend anymore than five layers being applied at any one time. When adding layers, additional curing time should be allowed in order for all layers to fully cure.
Is the patch harmful to skin?PeelNpatch™ is a non-hazardous material however, it is recommended anyone with sensitive skin should wear appropriate protective gloves when handling the material. Full Health & Safety information can be found on the PeelNPatch™ SDS ( Safety Data Sheets).
